Baked Asparagus 2 pounds asparagus 5 medium tomatoes, sliced 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh grated parmesan cheese Salt and pepper Seasoned or plain bread crumbs 1/4 cup fresh torn basil 2 ounces water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and trim asparagus, lay in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper, and basil Lay tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Pour the water in the bottom of the disk. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. | |
