Maple-Glazed Salmon
2 teaspoons paprika 1 teaspoon sea or kosher salt
1 teaspoon chili powder 4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks or salmon fillets
1 teaspoon ground ancho chile powder Cooking spray
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons brown sugar

Prepare grill, heating to medium.

Combine paprika, chile powders, cumin and brown sugar. Rub the salmon with this mixture.

Place the fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 7 minutes.

Brush on the maple syrup; grill 1 minute more or until fish is cooked. Serves 4
